1. Data controller

2. This website does not use cookies

This website does not set first-party or third-party cookies, and does not use any other technology to store or read information on the user's device (localStorage, sessionStorage, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, etc.) for analytics, advertising or tracking purposes.

Because no non-essential cookies or equivalent technologies are used, no cookie-consent banner is required under Article 22 of the LSSI-CE. The server keeps only the technical access logs strictly necessary for security and correct operation of the service.

3. Data collected

The only personal data collected is what the user voluntarily provides through the contact form:

  • Name
  • Company
  • Email address
  • Phone (optional)
  • Message content

4. Purpose of processing

Data submitted through the contact form is used exclusively to respond to the enquiry, assess a possible professional engagement and, where applicable, maintain the resulting business relationship. The data is not used to build profiles, and no automated decisions are made with it.

5. Legal basis

Processing is based on the data subject's consent, given when submitting the form (Article 6.1.a GDPR), and on the controller's legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries received through its website (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

6. Data retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and, if a business relationship is established, for as long as it continues plus any additional period required by applicable commercial and tax law. After these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Recipients and processors

Contact-form data is sent through a transactional email provider (Resend), acting as a data processor, solely to deliver the message to the controller's inbox. Data is not shared with third parties for other purposes, and no international transfers take place outside the safeguards provided by the GDPR.

8. Data subject rights

Any data subject may exercise their rights of access, rectification and erasure, as well as request restriction of processing, object to it, and request data portability, by writing to daniel.dieste@entaltosolutions.com. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they believe the processing does not comply with applicable law.

9. Security measures

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are applied to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration, proportionate to the risk of an informational website with a single contact form.
